New to online ordering? Provide your Revco account number when available. Most requests are reviewed manually. Revco emails you when access is ready. Company-account access is limited to authorized purchasers.

1. Find products and check availability

Search: Use a manufacturer part number, Revco item number, brand or description. Browse categories when you are comparing options.
Open the product page: Match the part number, size, finish, voltage, rating and other job requirements. Check the unit of measure and package quantity.
Check pricing and branch availability: While signed in, review the product and quantity you need before choosing a pickup branch.

Not finding the right item? Send your branch the manufacturer, part number or UPC, quantity, and a photo of the product or label. Include approved specifications when available. Do not select a substitute based only on appearance.

Stock can change. Material at another branch may need a transfer, so confirm timing with Revco.

2. Build your cart or save a job list

Add the products and quantities to your cart, then review the items before checkout.

Planning a job or repeat order

Use a saved job list to organize material. Name it for the customer, project or phase, such as Smith Renovation / Rough-In.

Ordered it before? Review previous orders to identify the item, then check that it still meets the current job requirements.

A saved list organizes products; it does not replace approved specifications or the responsible professional's product-selection review.

3. Choose pickup or delivery

Picking up at a branch

Choose your pickup branch and review the order details. Wait for pickup instructions to be confirmed before making a special trip. Find branch locations and hours.

Requesting local delivery

Revco account customers can request free local delivery to approved addresses in Suffolk and Nassau counties through Revco's fleet. Include the jobsite address, contact, drop-off instructions and access details.

Need same-day delivery?

Submit your order by 12:00 noon, Monday through Friday.
Select Delivery at checkout and enter “same-day delivery requested” in the order notes.
Wait for Revco to confirm the delivery and route availability.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Products must be in stock within Revco's branch network. The address, route capacity and order details must qualify. Company holidays and branch closures are excluded.

4. Review before submitting

Use this final check before placing the order:

Material: Correct products, quantities, units of measure and package quantities.
Destination: Correct pickup branch or delivery address.
Job details: Job name, purchase order information, needed date and any delivery notes.
Contact: Correct account and contact information.

After you submit: Do not assume that the order confirms a same-day route, branch transfer, substitution or special instruction unless Revco has acknowledged it.

Need a quote or help identifying material?

Use a quote request for a larger material list, special-order products, fixture schedules, multiple phases or items that need further review.

Product information: Manufacturer requirements, part numbers, quantities, schedules, photos or labels.
Job requirements: Project name, required date, and pickup branch or delivery address.
Approvals: Whether substitutions are allowed and any required documentation or approval process.
