OPEN POSITIONS

FUNCTION:Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. Ensures efficient and safe handling of all materials and goods, optimizes storage space, and maintains accurate inventory records. Leads and mentors warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

RECEIVING:

  • Ensure the department is following proper procedures.
  • Assist with decisions on damaged/defective material.
  • Work with purchasing department on discrepancies.

INVENTORY:

  • Select employees for stocking inventory.
  • Work with Branch Manager to make sure inventory is being replenished.
  • Work with Branch Manager on continual cycle counts.

MONITOR SHIP TICKET ACCURACY:

  • Ensure employees are trained on proper picking procedures.
  • Identify employees needed for packing and checking orders.
  • Have “order checkers” report frequent or repeated picking errors.

DELIVERIES:

  • Make sure trucks leave on time.
  • Monitor manifests to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
  • Question any delivery that does not make sense.
  • Make decisions on when to do customer and vendor pick-ups.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate interactions between the warehouse and other Revco departments and locations.
  • Maintain effective intra-company relationships.
  • Increase warehouse efficiency and promote teamwork.
  • Identify potential warehouse employees for promotion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lead staff in an efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of electrical material and equipment a plus.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and lead a team.
  • Must demonstrate strong work ethic.
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attend classes pertaining to the job and encourage staff to do the same.

SUMMARY:To support, maintain and expand current IT and infrastructure capabilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Physical Installation and management of network, security, and phone systems
  • Provide maintenance and support to company issued equipment such as individual works stations, printers, and RF scanning devices
  • Manage software license and installation as well as providing instruction to the staff regarding proper usage of said software.
  • Provide end-user support on third party software programs such as online billing, mobile applications, and control systems commissioning.
  • Perform ERP system data and user maintenance
  • Responsible for procuring equipment and software as needed and within budget
  • Produce reports as needed for management from multiple data sources.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • At least (2) years of experience in network maintenance or user technical support preferred
  • A+, Network+, and similar certifications preferred
  • Perform upgrade and maintenance tasks during designated maintenance windows
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, managers and vendors.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach and work in hot and cold temperatures.
  • Must represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

SUMMARY:To serve as a face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. Handles all sales functions while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service to customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs.
  • Help develop new business, identify opportunities to create a competitive advantage.
  • Determine the merchandise required by customer and suggest alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order.
  • Replenish stock and ensure shelves are maintained and products are displayed properly.
  • Close out cash box daily, delivering receipts for cash, credit cards and checks to your manager.
  • Assist inside and outside sales team members with quotes, orders, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist warehouse employees with identifying materials and pulling orders as needed.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training sessions and meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical products a plus.
