Electrical Supply Counters Across Suffolk County
Revco Lighting & Electrical Supply operates six customer-facing electrical supply counters across Suffolk County in Southampton, East Hampton, Southold, Riverhead, Bohemia, and Rocky Point.
Trade customers can walk in, call ahead, order online for pickup, request quotes, check stock across Revco branches, arrange transfers, get technical support, place special orders, and coordinate local delivery or carrier shipping. An online account is not required to make a purchase at a Revco counter.
What Can You Do at a Revco Electrical Supply Counter?
Revco counters primarily serve electrical contractors, builders, general contractors, facility and property managers, maintenance teams, landscape lighting professionals, commercial customers, and other local trade professionals.
Walk In or Call Ahead
Purchase at the counter with cash, credit card, or an approved Revco account. You can also call the branch before arriving to check material and place an order.
Order for Pickup
Place an order by phone or online and select a Revco branch for pickup. An online account is required for online ordering, but not for walk-in or phone purchases.
Stock Checks and Transfers
Counter staff can check product availability across Revco's six branches and arrange a branch transfer when material is available at another location.
Quotes and Special Orders
Request a quote at the counter, by phone, or online after signing in. Staff can also review special-order options for products that are not currently available.
Product Assistance
Counter staff can help locate products, review manufacturer information, compare available options, and work from specifications or requirements supplied by the customer.
Cut Wire and Cable
Cut lengths may be available depending on the type of wire or cable and the length requested. Contact the branch first to confirm that the material can be cut.
Delivery and Shipping
Customers can coordinate Revco local delivery or arrange carrier shipping through the counter, by phone, or through the applicable online ordering process.
Returns and Loading Help
Eligible returns and exchanges may be brought to any Revco counter, subject to Revco's Return Policy and product restrictions. Loading assistance is available when practical.
How Does Counter Pickup Work?
1. Confirm Availability
Call the branch for a stock check, or sign in to view product-level branch availability. Availability does not mean the material has been picked and staged.
2. Place the Order
Place the order by phone or online and identify the Revco branch where you want to pick it up.
3. Wait for Branch Confirmation
After an online pickup order is placed, the branch will contact you to confirm the order and pickup details.
4. Request Picking and Staging
Ask the branch to pick and stage the order when needed, especially for larger orders, cut material, or pickup by an employee or coworker.
Same-Day Pickup
Same-day pickup is available for in-stock material during branch hours.
Same-day pickup requests may be placed until the branch closes. Preparation time may affect when larger orders, cut material, or orders requiring special handling are ready.
Contact the branch before heading over when pickup timing is important.

Photo ID is recommended, especially if you are new to the branch, purchase infrequently, or are picking up on behalf of an employer.
Order Online Before You Arrive
Online ordering gives existing Revco customers another way to prepare material before leaving the jobsite, office, or shop. It does not replace the counter or phone service customers already use.

Important Pickup Clarification
A product shown as available at a branch has not necessarily been picked or staged. After an online pickup order is placed, the branch will contact the customer.
