3M Scotchcast 2123C is a two-part re-enterable electrical insulating resin designed for sealing, insulating, and protecting low-voltage cable splices and electrical connections.

The flexible polybutadiene resin cures at room temperature, provides excellent moisture sealing, and is suitable for cable splices operating up to 1 kV.
