Use Bridgeport’s 595-DC2 Mighty-Seal® 3/8" PVC Jacketed MC and TECK Cable Connector to create a reliable raintight and concrete-tight seal between PVC jacketed MC cable (parking deck/lot cable) or TECK cable and an electrical box or enclosure. Mighty-Seal connectors are made from reinforced die cast zinc, making them both durable and corrosion resistant to ensure a trouble-free performance over time. The polyethylene gasket leads to a superior connection which protects inner wiring from the elements. Also, installing Mighty-Seal connectors is easy. Simply strip 7/8" to 1" of the jacket from the end of the cable, then, loosen the nut and push the cable into the connector until the cable reaches the end stop. At that point, just retighten the nut for a rain and concrete-tight connection. The knockout gasket provides a positive seal at the knockout and NPT tapered threads permit installation in threaded boxes. Use this connector with 14/2 to 10/3 AWG jacketed MC/TECK cables.
