Topaz's Malleable Iron Insulated Grounding Bushings offer maximum protection for cables to avoid damaging abrasion, featuring tin plated aluminum alloy, 6061-T6 rated for AL and CU conductors. Bushings feature 150° plastic insuliner to protect wires and are strengthened by our Hot Dip Galvanizing process to ensure long lasting product performance and integrity. Recommended for use to provide grounding for Rigid or IMC conduit; bushings provide smooth, rounded surfaces at the ends of raceways and easily affixes to conduit.Topaz applies the hot dip galvanizing process to conduit bodies, covers and accompanying components such as bushings, couplings and supports. The galvanizing process protects from corrosion induced by harsh environmental conditions, instilling end user confidence in the quality, reliability and longevity of the fitting.Conforms to finish thickness ASTM A123/123M; UL514B and UL467 listed; NEMA FB1 compliant and meets Federal Spec.
